Currently, our shipping services are available only within India. We do not provide international delivery at the moment.
Order processing takes 1–2 business days, with weekends and public holidays excluded. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is in progress.
Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and courier service provider. Please note that unexpected factors such as weather, transit delays, or high seasonal demand may cause slight variations in delivery time.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, our courier will make two more attempts. If the delivery remains unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. You can request a re-delivery, but additional shipping charges may apply.
In the event of a damaged order, please contact our support team within 48 hours, providing clear images of the issue. For lost shipments, we will work closely with our delivery partners to arrange a replacement or a refund.
